4. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
5. Payment Terms
IncomeScreening.com offers various subscription plans and one-time service fees. By selecting a payment plan and providing payment information, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
Lifetime Packages: Any lifetime package or purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the company going bankrupt, ceasing operations, being acquired, or any other change in business status. By purchasing a lifetime package, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, upon reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except at the sole discretion of IncomeScreening.com. In particular:
- Lifetime packages are non-refundable under any circumstances, including company bankruptcy or cessation of operations.
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- One-time service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis, and any exceptions made do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
IncomeScreening.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Any activity that disrupts our service or harms other users
- Unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our platform
- Using the service for purposes other than its intended use
Account suspension or termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees, and no refunds will be provided for prepaid services.

You represent and warrant that:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
